Jay Palfrey

I am an adventurous solo traveller, discovering the beauty in places otherwise discarded by other tourists - my goal is to show the positive reality in countries that have been negatively perceived by western media.

Through my videography and photography, I aim to change the perceptions and destroy any negative pre-conceptions of the country, and show the incredible food, landscapes, culture and humanity that derive from that area.

I am currently halfway through my masters degree programme in International Journalism.
